Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation (CRPF)
The Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation, formerly the Cancer Research Foundation of America, is a national, non-profit health foundation with a single mission: the prevention and early detection of cancer through scientific research and education.
The Foundation focuses its energies and resources on those cancers—including lung, breast, prostate, colorectal, cervical, skin and testicular—that can be prevented through lifestyle changes or detection and treatment in their early stages.
Today, however, prevention research is recognized as essential to the fight against cancer. Now that scientists better understand how tumors develop, they are learning ways that people can reduce their cancer risks. In addition, the Foundation's public education programs have made real-life use of this scientific knowledge by teaching people ways they can reduce their cancer risks. By explaining the benefits of healthy eating, regular exercise and adherence to screening recommendations, the Foundation has shown thousands of men, women and children ways they can protect themselves against cancer. The Smile Train
Unlike many charities that do many different things, The Smile Train is focused on solving a single problem: cleft lip and palate.
Clefts are a major problem in developing countries where there are millions of children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Most cannot eat or speak properly. Aren’t allowed to attend school or hold a job. And face very difficult lives filled with shame and isolation, pain and heartache.
The good news is every single child with a cleft can be helped with surgery that costs as little as $250 and takes as little as 45 minutes.
This is our mission:
-To provide free cleft surgery for millions of poor children in developing countries.
-To provide free cleft-related training for doctors and medical professionals.

Habitat for Humanity International
Habitat for Humanity International is a nonprofit, nondenominational Christian housing organization. We welcome all people to join us as we build simple, decent, affordable,
houses in partnership with those in need of adequate shelter. Since 1976, Habitat has built more than 125,000 houses in more than 80 countries, including some 45,000 houses across the United States.
Paraphrasing Charles Dickens: "It is the best of times; it is the worst of times." Never in this country's history have so many been so well housed, and ironically, never have so many had such serious housing problems. Indeed, housing is a key indicator of the growing gap between those who live in a stable environment and are part of the mainstream, and those who have been left behind.
Habitat for Humanity's efforts provide one example of how people can close that gap "in community" with others. Unfortunately, however, in most communities the problem is growing faster than the collective efforts of Habitat and others to address housing needs. For each of the 2.6 million families now without housing or whose housing should be replaced, there are at least four other families who are housed, but can only pay their housing costs by going without adequate food, clothing or other basic needs. They spend at least half--and often much more--of their incomes for housing alone.

Girls and Boys Town
Girls and Boys Town, the original Father Flanagan's Boys' Home, is a leader in the treatment and care of abused, abandoned and neglected girls and boys. Throughout its 85-year history, the nonprofit, nonsectarian organization has provided these children with a safe, caring, loving environment where they gain confidence to get better and learn skills to become productive citizens. Girls and Boys Town alumni have gone on to become successful in all facets of life.
Under the direction of Father Val J. Peter, Girls and Boys Town cares for thousands of children and families each year from our programs located at 19 Sites in 14 states across the country. Girls and Boys Town's National Headquarters and largest child-care facility are located at the world-famous, historic Village of Boys Town in Nebraska.

Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation ID# 53936
Sarcoma is a highly malignant and aggressive form of cancer arising in the connective tissues and each year there are approximately 10,000 new cases diagnosed in the United States. This deadly form of cancer is one of the five most commonly diagnosed in children. While many other forms of cancer research have enjoyed great success in the development of new and better treatments, the sad reality is that a diagnosis of sarcoma often translates into a very poor prognosis.
The Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation (ASCF) is committed to educating the public about sarcomas, encouraging and funding sarcoma specific research, and providing tangible support for people affected by the disease. We have opened our doors to numerous families, through our Shared Families Program which provides free short-term housing to countless families who, due to the rarity of their condition, often travel incredible distances for treatment and follow-up.
Mackayla Jespersen Fund ID# 45600 (The Miracle Baby)
Mackayla Jespersen is a true miracle baby, after being pronounced dead in a hospital as a result of a drowning accident in a backyard pool, Mackayla was found breathing in an emergency room by a detective nearly an hour after being pronounced dead by doctors.
This truly amazing story happened two years ago, not only is Mackayla alive and well today but she has made amazing progress in those two years due to a non-conventional treatment called hyperbaric chamber oxygen treatment and her parents dedication. Today she defies doctors who said she will never function as a normal human being ever after being brain dead for nearly an hour. Today she can swallow soft food on her own - play - roll on the ground and identify objects and she is learning to speak again and follow commands.
Her mom and dad never gave up on her and they are working with therapist and doctors everyday to help Mackayla have a normal life like any other child.

Precious Angels is an Iowa non-profit volunteer organization that specializes in the needs of premature and newborn infants who are sick or in crisis. We also serve the families of stillborn infants and babies born too prematurely to survive. We provide essential items free of charge to those in need, including area hospitals and funeral homes. Volunteers sew fetal demise bags or a layette consisting of a blanket, gown, hat or bonnet, booties and Hug-A-Bear, for each stillborn or premature infant born too soon to survive. Tiny, handcrafted caskets are also available. Items are also made for living infants in critical care. Additionally, Heart Prints, a Division of Precious Angels, is a group of professional infant bereavement photographers who donate their time and talent to capture lasting photographic memories of the infants we help.
