Neither Recycle4Charity.com, nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents warrant that its site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the site, or as to the accuracy, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided.
Recycle4Charity.com currently allows access to the Site to users who are at least 18 years of age or older who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We operate our website and do business in the State of California, County of Los Angeles USA. By doing business with us you agree that all disputes, regardless of whether we are the plaintiff or defendant will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction for the County of Los Angeles.
We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise our recycling guidelines or Terms and Conditions from time to time, as we deem necessary without prior notice to you. Any user that violates the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any services that we offer.
You should check our recycling guidline page and these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site or our recycling services after we post changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

Except in connection with obtaining information about the recycling program, the contents may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted electronically or mechanically, transmitted, recorded, in any manner mirrored, photocopied, reproduced or "framed" without the prior written permission of Recycle4Charity.com. The permission granted herein terminates automatically if any terms or conditions of the Site are breached.

Any trademarks, name brands and or logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; Recycle4Charity.com is not endorsed or related to any of the OEM companies.
Prices / Payment:
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will not pay for damaged cartridges, and non-recyclable items as listed on the site. We reserve the right to add or remove some cartridges from our list. Since it is imposible to list all recyclable items we will pay for items not listed we deem recyclable. If you ship cartridges at your own expense we will not reimburse you the shipping cost, you must use our prepaid shipping label for free shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse payment to dealers/brokers sending in cartridges without a purchase order and anyone who does not follow our recycling guidlines found under the prices/Guidlines pages for each item recycled.
Payment is made net 45 days from the last day of the month your cartridges were received for our ongoing fundraising program we make monthly payments 12 times a year.
