We now have new shipping labels for our new recycling center - Stop any shipment to old facility immediately, updated July 15, 2025
Dear members, We are now accepting empty inkjet and laser toner cartridges under a new program. Please do not use or mail back any baggies or old shipping labels on boxes that were sent to you prior to July 2008 as that facility located on Woodley Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91406 has closed down and we can't guarantee payment for items sent after July 2008 to the old facility.
1) Please request new shipping labels for our new recycling facility by filling out the label request form on the home page.
2) We now use different recycling facilities, one for recycling empty Inkjet cartridges located in Chatsworth CA, one for recycling Laser toner cartridges located in Hartford CT and one for recycling cell phone in Colorado so please keep your items separated and boxed separately.
3) As a guideline please ship between 20 to 150 qualified inkjets cartridges or cell phones per box and 6 to 20 Laser toner cartridges per box, original packaging is not required as long as you wrap you cartridges to protect them from shipping damage - plastic bags, newspaper, bubble wrap or any other material will do.
4) We will not supply boxes for toner anymore, please use any old used box for shipping back your cartridges and cell phones.
5) Partner Services login has been discontinued with the old program. Online account information page is being developed for the new program.
